Garage sales offer a wider selection of shoes than this store.
If you do find a good pair they most likely wont have your desired color-way or even your size.
If they somehow convince you to pay there and wait at minimum 2 weeks for your pair to arrive, they have a NO RETURN policy.
Go buy New Balances literally anywhere else.

Im very happy with the service and selection of shoes available at this store. The associate was able to help me with my foot issue and put me into the right shoe.

Awful customer service. I have only shopped here because I like the brand not necessarily the employees who work here. I bought my son a Christmas gift back in early December. Bought a pair of shoes a bigger size, so he could wear in a few months started wearing them maybe late February and the stitching or the Velcro on the actual shoe started coming off. When I took it into the store to help me find a solution. He said it was because my child was tough on the shoe, my child cannot even takeoff his own shoe and it's not like the edging of the shoe was coming apart. It was a Velcro so clearly the stitching was done poorly. The only thing he would do for me is take the shoe and only give me 50 credit instead of exchanging it for a new pair. He was the guy who actually sold me the shoes and for being a family owned store didn't even remember me
