        First of all the man on the phone was rude from the get go. Would not listen to what i was saying and said your the only one that can fix it. I know that sir but you arent listening to what Im saying. Just very rude and overall no help at all.

        FedEx delivery guy just throw packages. Will be contacting Fedex and CB2 directly - unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. My CB2 item that took weeks to deliver was completely shattered upon arrival when delivery guy threw it to the ground - Ring doorbell caught everything
