Went to the UPS store to return a package today and Armani was absolutely amazing! He even gave my 8 year old son a lollipop. So personable polite and such a happy person! Great experience -Katie

I had such a positive experience with Armani at this UPS location. I realized I made a mistake with a box I had packaged and he helped me take apart my package and re-pack another package. He was so kind and helpful!

I have came to this location many times and the service has always been pretty good. But my issue started today. I came to pick up a package around 3:20pm. I was greeted by a lady with long blonde hair at the furthest end of the store counter . I told her I came to pick up a package. So another lady with curly brown/blonde hair assisted me. She told me I would need my ID so I went back to my car to get it. I hand her my ID she verified me then instead of handing me my ID back in my hand she puts it on the counter for me to get. Then she goes to the back to grab my package and scan it. Instead of handing me my package, she places it off to the side on the scale for me to pick it up. Please be aware of the type of employees you hire. Clearly she has an issue with being courteous and the thought of her placing something in my hand as if it required us to touch hands is too much for her. Edit: Hi, thank you for responding. Yes Im sure. This is the location by Sprouts and The Joint.
