This is the 3rd time ive come here and get the same bad service , and they have two different areas for PACK PLUS and PRINT. No longer will I be coming here to print or to ask a question about printing something , they NEVER acknowledge a person standing right in front of them!!! Worse service EVER! Office Depot here I come.

They charged for 2 package and later we found out the 2nd package didnt delivered due to unknown reason. Then we went to the shop for refund, they said call customer service. We have been calling customer service 3 times, every time they say someone will contact you. It has been almost a month no one calls. Every time I speak to someone from customer service, they cant even speak well in English. FedEx is a mess, if you want to lose more money sending packages to overseas then good luck with their poor, unprofessional customer service. Also this is how they are going to make you give up on getting back your money. Also my brother sent me a picture of invoice that they have to pay 51$ for something. This is stealing in the day light. Will never ever use FedEx and will not let them have my money.
