    The two gentlemen that work here are so respectful and knowledgeable and patient. They are informative and always ready to explain anything so that you understand. They truly care about your success and work diligently and quick to get you in and out. I highly recommend this service center if you are ever in the area and genuinely look forward to the visit each month.

    I cannot speak for all the staff there, but 2 individuals in this shop, do not deserv a mention, let alone even one star. I pull in and waited for about 10 minutes, because there were others ahead of me. Then one guy comes out and tells me I have to go to the end of the line. I very politely ask "Why? Isn't it on a first come, first serve basis?" He then said he doesn't want any problems. Another employee comes out to tell me that if I didn't get in the back of the line behind a workvan (which was 4-5 cars back ), that I would not be serviced today. Of course, I went to the very back of the line and waited an additional 15 or 20 minutes. I wanted to get it done and out of the way, so I complied, even thoughit was totally B.S. I do not know if the customers that pulled in after me were personal friends of the employees, or what. All I can report, or comment on, are the facts of my particular personal experience. If a company does a fantastic job, I'm the first person to give a great review. I am a very popular Guide for Google, Inc. Finally, I am extremely proud of the fact that my Google reviews and photos have been viewed by millions around the world. I appreciate the gifts of compensation I receive from Google, but I mainly give professional reviews on businesse to help other consumers get accurate, up-to-date, and useful information concerning a particular business or vendor.
