Working with Michael and his crew was a breeze. I was skeptical of a "sales person" coming to give us a quote for a new roof but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went from a quote to actual installation. He worked with our insurance and adjuster with filling the claim. We were denied 3 times for a roof replacement but Michael and Megan worked their magic and got it approved. Megan was great as a contact person. So sweet and knowledgeable. Our house looks completely different and I love it. Would definitely recommend. Service: Roof installation

It was so great working Michael! After our insurance originally denied our claim, he did all the heavy lifting to work with them to get an approval. His workers were quick, courteous and very thorough in cleaning everything up. We experienced nothing but excellent customer service and are very happy with our new roof.

Our roof was damaged due to hail damage back in April and Spencer from Michael Young Roofing & Construction was very helpful. He walked us through the process and explained everything. He was a good communicator and made sure that we were happy from day 1 to completion. I will use Michael Young Roofing & Construction again if and when we need roof repair or replacement.
