The willingness to push each other and work together for the same goal is remarkable. Susie genuinely cares about her employees and her customers and that makes the work environment that much better! I just can not say enough great things about this roofing company. The entire company was right there beside us from the very beginning of working with our insurance until the very end. Even our insurance company was very pleased with all they did. We were kept in the loop about all the roofing, water damage repair, and all the gutters and downspouts. Hi all, need a great roofer that does excellent work, is responsive, and will go above and beyond to ensure your happiness with quality work then please reach out to Susie. Back story was Susie hepled me for roughly six months to recover warrenty dollars a previousy defective roof installation by another roofer that left me high and dry. Without industry knowledge and expertise this never would have gotten down, period, so i gratefully thank her for hanging in there with me on the never ending process we had to go through.
