DLV Roofing Dallas

Keanan and his team were first class. We needed a new vent for kitchen remodel. The crew was super respectful and did clean work. We will be using again for future work. Service: Attic venting

DLV was awesome from start to finish and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Our roof had hail damage (what? In North Texas? who'd believe it!) and we really needed the whole roof replaced. Our insurance company came and did an estimate and said they'd only pay for partial replacement. DLV stepped in, had the adjuster back out and showed the reasons why they believed we needed the full roof redone. The next day, our insurance company contacted us and agreed with DLV. They are true experts and know what they're talking about! As far as the installation process, Keanan our rep, was here every step of the way - literally, he was here through the entire install. He came out the night before to make sure that all the materials we'd need had been delivered, and then was here all day with the crew while the install was going on. I should actually say "crews", because our roof is steep and it'd be hard to complete in one day with just one crew. DLV sent two crews out to make sure we weren't inconvenienced by having to deal with two days of installation. (A major plus since we have 4 dogs that really need to be able to go outside...) During the install, the crews were amazingly professional and productive, and really cranked the work out. Finally, at the end of the day when everything was complete, they left our yard looking exactly as they'd found it - clean and without any debris laying around. Really, the only ways you'd know we'd gotten a new roof from the outside is that we'd chosen a different color than we had previously, and that there's now a sign in the yard that DLV did our roof (which I'm totally happy to leave up as long as they like!) Can't say enough, or recommend DLV, Keanan and Jason (who came out in person to review color choices and make sure we had all our questions answered, and once again to check in on the installation.)
