My new roof is beautiful. The whole team did a fantastic job. I am looking forward to saving on utilities with the new vented roof. Texas hail season is getting started and my new Erie Home roof gives me confidence I will make it through the storms with my roof intact. (I will still pray over my trees!)

I was extremely disappointed in the response received when I requested a bid. I had real estate contacts that walked my roof and assured it would pass a claim. I wanted a bid so I could sign for them to be my roofer, and in turn, they would meet my adjuster out and help me get most funds possible. They flat out refused to even send me a bid without me first filing a claim. I did it, I got the claim approved, but I just can't call a company that told me to jump in a lake unless I had insurance $ in hand. We all know they have satellite estimating, so they would not have even needed to come out. When a company wants to see your claim before they say a price, then I feel their pricing is not fair across the board, but malleable by your claim payout. Disappointed.

Great job by a Great company ! Everyone from the sales people, all the way to the installers and then the follow up folks, were outstanding ! The sales made sure we understood the complete product and prcess of completetion. The Installers were on time, and very professional from start to finish. Answered ALL our questions and concerns. No comparison to the other companies that we used in the past. The product, so far has proven exceptional, both in quality and good looks. Thanks to ERIE and all your people for a job well done !! V.
