I have been very impressed by this roofing company. Rudy and Angel have been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the roofing process and the products they use. I havent had to worry about anything and they are very consistent with keeping me in the loop as to what to expect next. The quality of product and the workmanship are stellar. I liked the fact that they have a project manager on site during the roof replacement process. I cant say enough about what positive experience this has been. I chose Berkshire Roofing because Rudy and Angel showed up and were very good with explaining everything and the process after having hail damage. They were going to replace my roof, pickets on my fence, and window screens. The replacement of the roof went smooth and it was done quickly. They came and replaced half of the pickets on my fence and havent finished since May. I was told they were talking with the insurance company to try and get another area of my fence that was leaning repaired. In the beginning Rudy responded quickly and told me they were working on with the insurance. It is now October 17th and Rudy will not respond. I called my insurance and they show nothing of talking to anyone from Berkshire about my fence. Update: 12/2/23 after writing the above review I received a call from Will and he let me know that Rudy was no longer employed with Berkshire. Will took control and continued to keep me updated and got my fence completed. They have done a good job and Im very pleased with the work that was done and especially Will. I would gladly recommend Berkshire.

UPDATE: After only a few months, my brand new roof leaked again. They did not build the roof with a slope to allow the water to flow off of the building which resulted in pooling. We have a 15-year warranty, but last year, we had to pay to have our solar panels removed and have the team come back out and add a slope. But all they did was elevate the roof and put 2 small slopes off to the side which still resulted in pooling in the center where the problem area was. We now have interior damage to our garage and have called them several times to have someone come out and fix it. Either no one answers, or they promise to send someone out to do the repairs and no one shows up. I am going down to their office in person to try to get some results and will update on the outcome. This was the best experience. The team was very professional and Will helped me understand the whole process from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and always was willing to help. Rudy too! I have a flat roof which many companies I contacted had no experience with. But this team knew what they were doing and delivered excellent results. Customer service was fantastic!!! They were professional, responsive and most of all, honest and trustworthy. They listened to what it was that I needed done, repaired the missing shingles and didn't pressure any upsells. Once the repair was complete, the gentleman was happy to explain how he fixed it. 10/10! Will be using them for future roofing needs.
