Rafael and his crew have done 2 repairs for us. One for a water heater, and like the rest of DFW, a broken pipe due to the wonderful week long freeze. Both times he has been responsive and timely with any updates. Very happy he was able to fix my broken pipe within 24 hours of initial contact. Highly recommended

TEXAS ROOFING HAS BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH. I WORK FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND WE USE THEM FOR ALL KINDS OF STUFF. THEY HAVE DONE ROOFS, FOUNDATION, PLUMBING, FENCING, AND EVEN A BIG DEMO OF A PROPERTY OF 40 PLUS UNITS DOWN TO THE GROUND. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING REPAIRS FROM EVERYTHING SMALL TO EVEN THE BIG STUFF. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT AND TO MAKE YOU HAPPY! I got a cold call from this company. They called my cell phone looking for my father (who never had this number ) when I informed them that he was dead, the man apologizd and PROCEEDED TO GIVE HIS SALES PITCH. The audacity! Seriously, who does that?

After a few Google searches to find a good roofing company, a gentleman answered the phone Texas roofing. I explain that I have several years of experience in this industry with several roofs that need to be addressed and they hung up on me, without having the decency to suggest their bandwidth was full or that didn’t have the resources to address the new roofing business. I called back to see if we were disconnected and this is definitely not the case, there’s a sense of ego and arrogance with this company and sure they’re having great success, which may be part of the problem. The only reason for giving them two stars instead of one... They have a nice website and the answered their phone on the second ring. This is the first review that I’ve ever given online, as I was pretty shocked with the lack of professionalism and ego that Texas Roofing displayed today.
