Liked the atmosphere but my drink was mid. If you're going to charge $7 for a whole milk small matcha latte. Can it at least taste like matcha? It was improperly dissolved and many tasted like milk with matcha clumps in it

First the good: it's an open space with a comfortable feel to it with amiable background noise at 3pm on a Thursday, generally what I would consider very comfortable atmosphere. Now, all the bad. In our experience, the service was terrible. The online menu is out of date. We stood at the counter to order while works lazily "cleaned" the tables. Ordered food, which was relatively expensive with a drink. Not to mention their were at least 4 tables that just had dirty dishes piled on the. Now the drink was $10 ameretto sour. A: it was tiny B: I couldn't even taste the ameretto at all. Actually tasted like pure sour mix. Then, when asking about water, they say it's self served in questionably "clean" cloudy clear cups. The self-service pitcher didn't even have enough water to fill one cup and took several minutes before a worker refilled it. Then our food, my girlfriend got a salad and was extremely happy with it. I ordered a burger. Plain & dry. I even said, "That means I only want meat, cheese, and bread." Only to be served a fully flushed burger. Upon repeating plain and dry and having the burger sent back, I was later given unseasoned meat on bread. No cheese or anything. Of course, it tastes bland as hell. And lastly the building seems to have very bad insulation, when sitting at a window seat it was noticeably like 5 warmer then the rest of the shop. On an 80 day, it was not pleasant.
