I recommend Marcesr Construction one hundred percent. We bought our house and I have not had any problems. It is very well built. I have no complaints. On the contrary, we are thinking of buying another one for my daughter.

Could not be happier with the quality of care and service Marcer put in during the building and buying process! Communication was amazing from start to finish.

The home I purchased in 2020 looks as if its 15 years old with all the cracks, crooked front/back doors with enough space that daylight can be seen from the inside, poor paint job, electrical outlets and light switches not flushed to the walls, lights dimming, HVAC system works a little strange, outside sidings are crackedetc. I have a a letter from American Risk Insurance my homeowners insurance company that states the issues to my supposed to be new home is a result of Poor Workmanship. I havent found a good attorney yet but I have been complaining to the city, state, and the VA. Its ridiculous how anyone with little or no experience can buy a lot and get a license to build a home, also in Texas a home builder can build with little effort as possible and still ask for the current market price. This is the new America the old ways of strict regulations and guidelines are gone especially in a community filled with black citizens to all minorities. We have to work a little harder to get justice. Ive never seen a home builders work site look like a salvage yard and homes built fast with cheap Lowes materials. I was told by the City of Dallas Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Departments director that this company has done over a million dollars of work for them. We as the people need to stop allowing this economic theft from our communities. Right now its just me and another homeowner thats working to build a strong case the more the merrier. Regardless of who you I know that you didnt sacrifice time and invest hard earned money for a Shoddy Home. Im sure Marcer Construction are good people but some if not a lot of their work is too faulty. This is not an investment to make. Times are too hard in a society led by Inflation.

My son purchased a home built by Marcer Construction and unfortunately it has been the worst experience for his first time home purchase. During the building process we saw terrible signs by how unresponsive they were at the home office. The lender said they had never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. What we didn't know is that this would also be indicative of their workmanship. On the day of the move-in there was a crack in the front porch cement. The crew that came to supposedly repair it, did a horrible job of patching it when it should have been removed and replaced. Within 3 to 6 months in the home there were a LOT of cracks in the ceilings and mysterious holes in the ceilings. We called and called and they finally sent someone to repair them. They said the person would call before they came and never did, just showed up very early in the morning. The owner said this was normal for homes in TX when they are settling. This is not true. I have built several homes in TX and this has never happened. I've seen it happen in my Mom's home, however it is very old, not newly built. The mirror in one of the bathrooms just fell off one day while no one was in this room. We have a 3 year old that is often at the house and this could have been very dangerous. The house was very dirty on the day of move in when it was said it would be cleaned. We are having to hire a structural engineer to come look at it because now the floor is cracking in several places. Marcer said they would send someone and although we will not trust anyone they are sending, that still has not happened either. I wish my son would have had a review of this company before investing. THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW AND NOT FRIENDS/FAMILY MEMBERS TELLING FALSE STORIES ABOUT THE COMPANY. We just want to be treated fairly. Services: Predesigned floor plans for homes, Home building
