As a real estate investor for 20 yrs, I recently sold a home and closed at Lonergan Law Firm. We actually use this title company at least 2 times per year. They have many years experience and we can always count on them for legal help and closings. I would highly recommend Lonergans Law Firm.

Lonergan Law Firm is all about money. I called for free legal advice on how to proceed with a conflict and was told it would be $350 to give me advice.
Replying to the Owner: I spoke to a an attorney where the first 30min were free and after that the cost would set in. And this is what I needed. I don't mind paying the cost, but I would like to speak to you first hand and if after the first couple minutes I feel a sense of truth and agree with what is being said I will continue which is what I did. The name is Harris Law, they acted ethically and they were definitely willing to help me with my issues unlike yourself who wanted money first hand without knowing the details.
