ALMA on Maple

****UPDATEAMLI sold 9-12-2023 to new property management CONAM Property Management. Lets hope this place stays well maintained and I can keep the star rating. Ill provide an update in a couple months. **** Well, I have officially been living at AMLI on Maple for 7 months now and I can genuinely say I am so glad I chose AMLI on Maple. The location has been one of the biggest benefits for me in all aspects of my daily life activities. In comparing the amenities, maintaining of the complex and maintenance request this complex offers I would say they meet the bar compared to other complexes I considered. I will also say that the property staff is an amenity of its own. Moving into the complex after owning a home for so many years its a little difficult and unsettling to give up control of your home environment. However, with the minor hiccups and adjusting to an apartment living setting, there is one staff member that has made it feel more like home and that is Mea. Since day one she has been informative and personable with any questions or concerns even just a quick interaction of picking up my packages, her simple hello how are you today or smile from her office window leaves a lasting impression. The workout out facility and pool are very well maintained and the complimentary coffee and tea when youre running late or when you run out of coffee are simple things that make you feel like you are getting your rents worth. Of course, there is no apartment complex that is perfect but I believe each staff member and their maintenance programs do their best to provide me and the rest of the residence a close to perfect place to live. Katie and the team over at Amli on Maple are top notch! We've done a great deal of business with them and they've been nothing short of amazing every time we've been there. They not only go above and beyond for their contractors, they go above and beyond for their residents and truly care about their experience there! 10/10! Based on our experiences with Amli on Maple, we highly recommend them. Their customer service and attention to detail is what helps them shine brighter than most.

Autumn was very professional and provided amazing service. She was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. She made the AMLI feel like home and gave us a great experience. She's the best leasing agent in town!!!

Five Stars?? Absolutley!! I love the Amli on Maple! I first move to Amli on Maple in 2021. In 2022, I bought a house, but later decided a big house wasn't for me. I moved back to Amli on Maple in late 2022 where I was welcomed back with open arms! All management and Staff - Katie, Meia, and more are always onsite - as is the Maintenance - and they ALL respond almost immediately if anything is needed - day or night. The rents are comparable for Dallas and I can look out my balcony at Parkland and UT Southwestern hospitals and am 1 mile from I-35. A gorgeous pool area and a HUGE inner DOG exercise area! So 5 Stars? Yes! What a great place to live!!

Great apartment space and management staff. I worked with Autumn to get everything set up. I strongly recommend reaching out to her, as she was exceptionally helpful throughout the move-in process and with following through any issues we had.
