Michael Lansford is wonderful realtor! He does business with transparency and integrity. We were first time home buyers and Michael patiently explained each step, and walked us through the whole process. The home we purchased had multiple offers besides ares, but Michael helped us write a creative offer that helped us to win the bid! We highly recommend Michael to all our family and friends!

Overall Michael is an outstanding realtor. He is honest, respectful and ethical. In addition, he is easy to work with, he will work within any budget and he is not going to push you to make a quick decision to just close a deal. We are a repeat customers and will use him again if the need arises. Most recently he helped us on both sides of our most recent transaction. First he helped us negotiate the purchase on our new home with a builder. Negotiating against a large corporate builder can be tough and intimidating but it was great to have an experienced realtor on our side to get us a great deal and make sure the transaction went through without any issues. After reaching an agreement on our new home, he moved quickly to list and sell our prior home. His vendor took excellent professional photos and we received multiple offers the first weekend it was on the market. He coached us through the entire process to make sure we fully understood each offer before accepting the one which made most sense for our situation. Great job Michael and we appreciate everything you have done for us both times!
