They are by far the worse real estate company I ever dealt with in my life I been calling filing compliants about every leasing office manager they hired since last year they no help at all I leave numerous messages and no one respond to any or contacted me back

I've lived in my apartment nearly 2 yrs and the first time I put in a maintenance request I'm charged. I reached out to corporate to no avail. No one answers. I will not be renewing my lease a 3rd go round.

I am in fear for my life and safety as well as the lives and safety of my children here at Oak Meadows Townhomes AKA Commerce Townhomes in Commerce,Texas. I have attempted to contact Linda Smith at Corporate numerous times and left messages as she is the Regional Manager for this property. The battery cable on my vehicle was cut on this property and reported to manager and police but no security/increased patrols despite requests. My children and I are being violated and subjected to unlawful surveillance and disruptive violation of privacy daily inside my home. Nothing is being done despite reporting to Corporate, on site management, law enforcement and city officials. Our right to a peaceful life and high expectations for privacy are being ripped away daily without recourse and with plain disregard despite the fact that I am current on rent and a pleasant neighbor. Alpha-Barnes Property management even changed their name/ownership to Asset Living without notifying tenants nor was the information for owner listed in lease or any other documents except on payment ledger which most don't know to ask for. DO NOT TAKE THIS AS A JOKE.

This has been Happening at KENSINGTON PLACE APARTMENTS.
711 FM 1959 RD, HOUSTON TX 77034.
Almost every Week people come to this APARTMENT Complex and Break-in the cars & Steal the Tires from the Vehicles. Its a Lawless Apartment Complex.
Since this African American Manager is Appointed as Manager these Incidents have been started Happening more frequently.
Don't come to this APARTMENT COMPLEX. Thieves & Criminals will come Break-In your Vehicles & When you will go to their Office the Manager Says She cannot do anything.
When you will file any Work Order they will never show up Untill you call the Head Office. This KENSINGTON PLACE APARTMENT Complex is the Worst Place to live.
The Manager there Not Competent to provide SECURITY to Her Residents.
Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services... You must Immediately Fire this Manager. Or These kind of Incident will keep happening.
