This company has very pour customer service employees , everyone is rude and has every excuse not to resolve your concern . Money hungry going on over 60 days on a admin refund . One more week and Im calling the BBB to report this company.

I am a tenant at Hawke apartments I transferred to Hawke from the Fiona apartments. Fiona had no AC for the summer months of 2023. So after fighting to be transferred we moved to Hawke and weve been experiencing roaches everyday since October 1st. Weve been to the office dozens of times to get this issue resolved. This pest control company does a horrible job and they arent ever on the same page as the office. The new manager Selina told me that it would cost too much to bomb the whole building which sounds like shes just didnt want to do it. Back in November around Thanksgiving we needed to get our tubs resurfaced so the contractors were given our key. We needed services to be done in January and we couldnt be in the unit for the service to be performed that same day the service could not be performed because the office did not get the key back from the contractors this was brought to the offices attention and they showed no urgency to figure out where the key is as if our safety isnt a priority. Ive called and left messages to speak with someone at Corporate and now I am awaiting a call back because this has been a nightmare!

Had a car towed at one of their properties, was told that it was no longer a visitor parking spot even though lines werent painted and then told my daughter it wasnt their job to keep up with making sure spots were painted
