I've had a great experience so far with Flat Fee. Everything is easy and easily accessible. Muhammad has been especially helpful and gracious during the new leasing process. I look forward to working with Muhammad and Flat Fee!

We had issues with the hot water heater leaving us with no hot water (during this extremely freezing weather were having) that needed a heating element to be replaced to resolve the hot water problem. If I could leave an above 5 stars for working with Sergio Maldonado, maintenance coordinator I would. He has been extremely helpful with addressing the maintenance issue we were having and with assisting with the other problems I have had. Sabri also was instrumental with some of the maintenance issues we had. At the same time I was having an issue with not being able to login to the Tenant Portal . It wasnt letting me access or change my password. Muhammad Anas, rapidly resolved that issue for me and I now can login to the Portal. Thanks to all of you for you assistance resolving the issues I was having.
