Its Crazy to Say But The First Year Living here has been Great. I Plan to rent this place for another couple years until I find some land and build my own home. From the time I put my application in Hunt and his team have been very helpful. As a tenant you should always keep any home you live in up to par. Owners love a tenant that takes care of their homes. I love it. I plan to renew my lease. Coming up on a 2nd year. Im finally just now really settling in.

Slow to respond to emails and maintenance requests but quick to charge you for whatever they decide youre at fault for, they will blame the owner of the property instead of taking accountability and diffusing the situation as they are hired to do. No one is ever available at the office if you have an emergency so dont even bother calling. My grandson liked the area and that was the only reason we stayed as long as we did.

We rented a home through this management company and shouldve known after it took two weeks for them to repair our ac, in the middle of August, that it would be downhill from there. We were new to the area and I didnt want to keep my two year old in the heat so we found an alternative living arrangement 4 hours away. We didnt live in the home during that time and I made the management team aware but that didnt stop their accountant from requiring that we pay for the days we were not living in the home. Since then we will occasionally receive random charges that appear to be fees they are afraid to bill to the owner of the property - without notice, slow response times unless they are requesting money from you (which you better pay immediately or else), the house we rent hasnt been maintained and required maintenance upon moving in, no one answers the phone at their office if you are in need of assistance and a lack of consideration for your time and privacy. We have rented homes in the past but this is the only management company that has ever had a mandatory and very invasive walk through of your home long before your lease is up. Huntahome Property Management is in the wrong business. Dont make the same mistake we did. Edit - 09/15/2023 See the response from the business owner.
