I feel the application is a scam, I know someone in the complex that has bad credit and still moved in, as to some others saying this complex is doing this to get money from people. This is unprofessional, this anonymous person has a good well paying job and they refuse this person application.

Apartments are nice and the property is pretty private. Close to multiple grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants and galleria mall. Not sure if you can see Kaboom town from apartments, but about two mile walk from the event. My friend enjoyed living here for multiple years

Love this place. I've been here for a while and do not have any complaints. The staff are fast and easy to deal with if you have any issues. Always liked it here.

I've lived here for a little over a year. It often feels like it should be sketchy, but mostly isn't? I'm always pleasantly surprised by how responsive maintenance is. I love how close we are to 635 and the DNT - it's easy to get anywhere. It's really close to some great restaurants and shops too. Is it the nicest apartment ever? no, but that's fine
