Ive been living here for about 2 months and absolutely love it! Management and maintenance is great and the complex itself is amazing. :) My only feedback/changes would be to make visitor entry easier (right now Im running up and down from the 6th floor) and to swap out some of the gym cardio equipment with another treadmill or two (theyre often completely occupied)/give the gym a facelift.

When I was looking for a temporary apartment after starting a new job in the area last year I chose Knox Heights off a whim. After being here for a year , I have to say that it is the best community in Knox Park hands down. My neighbors are friendly, parking is easy. I love the finish outs and amenities, Cindy manages a professional team in the office and is easy to talk to. Maya is very sweet and welcoming, Lenny and maintenance are amazing and Dennis with security is great. I hope to continue to make this my home when I get my renewal. If youre looking for a walkable and safe community off Knox and Henderson this is definitely it!
