Not happy with their customer services. From 9:30 am I was trying to reach Katty to find out if my print works were done, so I could go there to get it. I was told she was with other customers. Until 11:45 am now I am still waiting for the call back. I wonder that I was not a customer? Just to give me a word dont take too from her.

A couple days ago I got my pieces. The end product is really nice, but the process to get them totally get there is such a pain. Multiple calls to rehash what we wanted (size, medium, etc) because it seems they dont write stuff down. Multiple trips back and forth because they forgot to return all the original pieces I gave them. Multiple trips because they didnt give me all the end products I had done. Multiple calls because they wouldnt send the right files I needed. Dont get me wrong, after all the endless back and forth and mistakes and all, the products are amazing! But geez it sure was a pain to work with them to get there. It got so frustrating. And one of the final products was warped and they re-glued it (or whatever they do, press it?) on the fly and said itll be fine, then a day later it came undone and warped again. It was just a hassle on and on, there was always something wrong each step of the way. But again, after everything, Im really happy with the product itself the process.. not so much. Ill give another company a shot before I come back here.
