Dr Byrd has made my face, I was kicked by a racehorse years ago! He study and looked at pictures of my face and did extensive surgeries to give me my life back with the face I was born with!! Thanks again Dr Byrd

Two years ago my son was referred to childrens for ear reconstruction. The ear molding was done with splints made of dental impression. I wasnt happy with the outcome. This time around we were referred to Dr. Byrds office for my daughter. At Dr. Byrds office they use EarWells which have been specifically designed to reconstruct the ear. It is definitely more advanced. I really wish I wouldve know about his office two years ago. Dr. Byrds NP is very knowledgeable. The staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend his office to family and friends.

I am very thankful my pediatrician referred us for an Earwell! It worked like a charm and was painless for our daughter. Jennie, the Nurse Practitioner, was so sweet and very quick with each appointment. I highly recommend!

Dr Byrd and his team in Plano are excellent! Everything was explained in detail at the first appointment and any time we had a question or needed help throughout the whole process the staff responded right away. Most importantly, our daughter was not bothered at all by the ear molds and she slept through most appointments. They even went above and beyond to return a pacifier we forgot in the office. I can't say enough good things about this team and they really do all they can to make sure you and your baby will be taken care of. A picture speaks a thousand words; the before and after is unreal.

We brought my son to see Dr. Eric Payne for an the initial visit, where he recommended the Earwell. We met with the nurse practitioner Jennie, as well. She was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the results!
