        Food was over an hour late on an online order. They use door dash and the dasher couldn't find our apt. Food was cold by the time we got it.

        I keep seeing reviews of how great the service is here, but every single time Ive visited, the service has been awful. The workers completely ignore us when we walk in, take forever to acknowledge us, and help us with our order. Im sad because I actually really like the pizza here, but the service is really turning me and my husband away. Even ordering ahead doesnt help when the employees are on their phones and do not bother to acknowledge the two customers that walk in. Disappointing.
