We are so sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you were expecting! We want every reservation to be a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to remain in the space during another guest’s reservation time. It’s simply unfair to the other guests who have reserved the space after you! We know sometimes photoshoots take a little longer than expected so we leave a little bit of buffer time between each reservation to accommodate, but when your group ignored our changeover host and stayed 45 minutes past your reserved time our greatest priority was to make sure the next guest could begin their reservation. Luckily our next guest was flexible and understanding and we were able to add an extra 30 minutes to their time to remedy the situation.In the future, we will continue to do everything we can to make every reservation in our space a wonderful experience, but we will always have to keep guests from remaining in the space during another guest’s reservation.
