Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is ludicrously understaffed, insanely slow, and most of the people who work here outside the attending have no clue what theyre doing. This place has gone downhill fast - highly recommend going elsewhere for your medication needs.

Poor customer service. Apathetic attitude. Could not possibly be any less helpful. Finding another pharmacy after numerous poor experiences at Walgreens and CVS.

Apparent staffing issues have led to the decline of this pharmacy. It ran much more smoothly when I first started using them about 3-4 years ago. There are a couple of folks without a clue how to handle basic pharm operations and have developed an attitude. Others are experienced and do their best to help but are clearly stressed and work hectically. Worst of all, at least 5 times in the last year I have pulled up to find it closed due to no pharmacist being on staff for the day. Incredibly unreliable... look elsewhere unless you have extreme patience.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is the worst run pharmacy in the State of Texas. Inaccurate, inefficient, unhelpful. Find a different pharmacy. Drive 15 miles out of your way if you have to.
