CVS Pharmacy

It was my first time at this pharmacy and I went shortly after getting text that my meds were ready. I get there to find an out for lunch sign, but then I noticed that pharmacy tech opened up window to help another man. So I got in line behind him. He rang him up and gave him his meds and then shut the window in my face while saying were closed. And I said, So you helped him, but you cant help me? And he responds Come back at 2 when were open. It almost felt like a sex/race thing because the man is white and I am a Latina. Then I go back when they open and the other tech is also rude, had an attitude because I asked to hold off on one of the meds. Acted like it would take her all day to re-ring them up again. They are rude, condescending and disrespectful. The only nice and understanding person was the store manager. Very disappointing experience.

Bad customer service a lot of the time. Also I have put my card in their system over 20 times and it never keeps it.

I love My pharmacist they are so kind and knowledgeable, They are also very kind and caring and I look forward to always seeing your smiling face when I come in

Nathaniel was amazing at the pharmacy. He finally got my prescription transferred from San Angelo. They didnt know how to do it properly so he personally handled it and got it taken care of. Thank you! He goes above and beyond.
