        I made an appointment in advance for bath and grooming of my dog and even received a call asking me if I could bring her earlier than scheduled. I dropped her off but didnt get a call confirming my dog was ready for pick up. So I showed up only to be told my dog was not ready due to the lady there was the only person doing grooming. How is that my problem? Also, you ask for a respectful 24 hour cancellation notice, but you cant even respectfully notify me my dog wont be groomed today? This is unacceptable, consider this my cancelation of doing business at your location.

        They did a quick job I guess. My dog is cleaner but I do felt like it could have been better. I think it was just rushed and no real effort went in to it.
