Dallas Pet Den

I live on the street behind Dallas Pet Den and if I had a dog, I would never step foot in this place. If you all could hear what i hear from our backyard on a daily basis, you wouldn't either. Constant dog fights, employees screaming at the top of their lungs to get the dogs to stop barking and fighting, etc. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I love the way Dallas Pet Dens staff care for my dog Cousteau, a spoiled frenchie. Cousteau is a bit frisky and requires TLC. The staff there are super attentive and friendly to Cousteau. He loves going there and today I learned he let them bathe him which is a testament to the staff there. Cousteau does not like baths. I also live in Carrollton and have found Dallas Pet Dens services to be optimal. I cant imagine taking my dog anywhere else.

Do. Not. Go. Here. I took my beautiful golden retriever here for a cut. They shaved him, I did not ask for a shave and respectfully asked to have the manager contact me. They have subsequently ruined our family photos because of his shave. I'm sure the lovely GM will respond faster here than they have responded to me. I've been waiting for a call back for over 24 hours to discuss and will only refund me the tip. Absolutely do not support this business and take your dollars elsewhere.

I would have liked to know if my dog was fed before picking her up and if all her medication was used during her stay.
