        I called looking for the latest copy of Judy Kostura's paper on Subrogation, liens and ERISA and was directed to Tish Bailey.  She was very helpful and will look up the records this afternoon and mail a copy to my office address.  If you have any questions about ERISA, liens and subrogation in the state of Texas Judy's work on the issues is all you need to have a full understanding of the current law.  TTLA is always available to help plaintiff lawyers keep up with changes in the law.
