I am sure this is a lovely firm. I can't say for sure because they didn't do me the courtesy of even having an attorney or paralegal contact me. I sent them a lot of information of a doctor that has done me wrong. I have suffered for 13 long months in the worst pain I've ever been in. A newspaper article touted them as winning a lawsuit with a situation similar to mine. They send me a letter referring me out. That didn't work out so I contacted them again begging them to at least contact me and tell me what to do. The girls at the front are awesome. She said she would hand deliver that to an attorney. In addition , I've worked as a legal assistant and even offered to do a lot of the work myself with timeline and getting my medical records in order. They still didn't do me the courtesy of a phone call. Like I said I'm sure they're okay but they don't seem to care about people who are in a situation they feel is desperate. What a difference of phone call would have made.
