        Needing attorney for SSDI appeal. I called this office on 02/12/24 and talked to Ashley. Explained I needed an attorney. She assured me that she or the attorney would call me back. No call back received. As of 02/23/24, received letter in the mail stating they could not help me but to please refer friends or family. How can the attorney judge if they can assist me when no one has talked to me???? It was a WASTE OF TIME to call this place. ***UPDATE*** The response below is a total lie! They state that they "allowed a grace period for requested medical documentation from the treating physician" I have not discussed my case with anyone and there was definitely no request for medical documentation. They did NOT have any information or any medical/Dr. information. They did not talk to me to find out if they could help with my appeal! Once again, I could not even get a call back to discuss anything after being promised I would receive a call back. The false statements in the response below speaks for itself.
