        Great atmosphere.Crystal was very professional and detailed. My brows needed correction and she was able to do a great job. Each case is different - she was very clear on what I could expect prior to the work. I highly recommend and have done so!

      I explained the potential issues with choosing combo brows (hairstrokes in the front and shading throughout) as hairstrokes may not last well on oily skin. During your touch-up appointment, I tried to reiterate this point, but it seemed there was some confusion about the procedure. I recommended shading as a simple solution to prevent fading in the front, considering your skin type. However, you declined the suggestion and expressed a desire to find another provider.
