I have 3 kiddos, a 10yo and twins that are about to be 2. Ill never let anyone see my kids other then her. Shes very strict on the parents when theyre not doing what theyre supposed to do, but I can respect it. Ive never had to wait, I can call morning of for an emergency sick visit and in most cases she gets us right in. My only complaint is shes cash only, and when its a last minute visit sometimes I forget to run to the atm prior, but shes understanding.

If you are a new parent, please don't go here! I've left feeling like a bad mom and crying on multiple occasions. If you make an appointment make sure you list everything your are going for If not you will have to schedule a separate appointment. Front desk has an attitude problem and is always rude. So if you want to feel terrible about the way your are caring for your child and want to be talked down too this is your place! Obviously she has favorites and needs to replace her staff but won't.

Dr. Kanase is the best pediatrician in the DFW, always has availability works with schedule. She not only goes above and beyond to provide the best patient care. Shes very informative and always offers the best guidance. Shes amazing I highly recommend her.

I called to this clinic trying to make an appointment for my son and the one who answered the phone was very rude, horrible service

I called to try and get an appointment for my daughter she didnt even ask what day she just said I dont have anything for new patient and hung up on me so wont be going here ever!!!!!! Its already hard enough to try and find someone in my area but then have to deal with the employees just cuz we need care doesnt mean I get to be treated like that
