Our kids doctor is an active staff member at Dallas Children's Medical Center and Methodist Hospital.       image Dr. Is good. Staff needs improvement. At the end of the day, Dr. Goh needs to think long and hard about keeping staff that are only loyal to him vs. being loyal and ethical toward patients.

      image Dr. Goh is an amazing physician, but his office staff is horrible. They schedule appointments at the close of your visit without telling you or asking for any preferred dates or times. When you attempt to reschedule, the dates are always much further than the initial appointment date. This causes your children to be behind on their scheduled checkups. They are not customer centric nor considerate of parents schedules.

      Our morning wellness appointments are scheduled in the morning and our afternoon sick appointments are scheduled in the afternoon, to separate the patients who are sick from the patients who are here for their wellness check-ups. This is done to protect the well-being of all our patients. This arrangement does, however, limit the number of hours we are able to offer for certain appointments. Dr. Goh is our only provider and his schedule is booked weeks in advance. When an appointment is missed and the request is made to reschedule, we offer the earliest available appointment. Sometimes, the next available appointment can be several weeks out. This is why we make it a point to schedule the next appointment at the end of each visit, so that the scheduled check-ups occur at the time they should.
