I swear I would put zero stars if I could, the service here is horrible!! Please save yourself the time and find another staples because you will come here and be highly disappointed. I dont even write reviews but my experience today made me.

Horrible customer service experience. Not only did I experience this but two other ladies did as well. We got to the print center and we got to the desk and called the older man working there and he completely ignored us. I then told him I wanted to print something and he was clearly annoyed. He then just told me to read the paper. As someone that has never been to this location you cannot get mad they dont know where everything is located. As a customer service worker you should not be annoyed when a customer is asking you a question. Besides that an elder lady next to me was having a difficult time with the printer and clearly called for help and he ignored her. Another lady then told her he just ignores people. Clearly this man does this often that people know him for his horrible customer experience. First and last time coming to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. I love staples never had a horrible experience besides this location.

Book Binding Service The print center cut the spine off one of my books, then came back and said they could not spiral bind it. So, now I have a stack of pages, and have lost so much time and money trying to find a way to bind it together. I do not recommend going here get books spiral bound. They clearly did it hastily for the other 4 books i did. Competely out of alignment, missed holes in the spirals, just so bad. They gave me my money back for the spiral binding, but i am still stuck trying to solve my problem of binding my book. I could buy it again, but i would be losing money. Effectively, Staples ruined my books. I regret going here.

Staples as a merchandise store is very clean and plenty of selection. Front staff avoids people asking questions. I went for the TSA pre check the staff that provides these service is super rude. They prioritize walk in over people with appointments. Plus even if you have an appointment as long as you are friends with one of their store employee they would have priority. Took one star because their disabled parking is share by several stores and if you park in another area you have to overcome one step. Another star taken for employees not be willing to help customers and I wasnt the only one. Another staff loss because they are willing to prioritize walk in over people that make the appointment a month ahead.

Came in to do some light printing on July 1st and Moriah at the printing station was very kind, and sweet. Everyone who was working was very friendly and I will be back again
