DFW Flower Wall Rental

Do not use this company! Terrible communication, way overpriced, and they showed up late! They dont provide power sources for their equipment and want you to pay $75 additional if they need to provide a power bank. They never came to pick their property back up or responded to text messages or phone calls so the venue placed their items outside. They caused me so much anxiety and embarrassment. The venue host said they were unprofessional too. Never again! DO NOT USE.

We used them for our wedding and it turned out beautiful! They did an amazing job setting the flower wall up and hanging out neon sign. Highly recommend!

First off, their communication isn't the greatest. They take forever to respond to an inquiry. My wife and I rented a white rose floral arch (that was supposed to be rounded at the top) for our recent wedding. We even confirmed multiple times that it was the rounded one, and not the square looking one. Our agreement stated that delivery would be between 11am-2pm. I confirmed the week of as well that it would be delivered during that time frame. It ended up being delivered around 3:30pm during the middle of our rehearsal, so the guys had to put it together while everyone was rehearsing. That's not even the worst part. They delivered the wrong one! The one that we specifically did not want. Instead of the rounded one that we paid for, we received the squared one. One of the most important pieces of our wedding that my wife was looking forward to, was wrong. I emailed the company to let them know their mistake and all I got was, "I do apologize for the mistake that our team has made. Measurements have been taken on our part of the team for this inconvenience.". It's a pretty big mistake when we didn't receive what we paid for on the biggest day of our lives. I asked for at least a partial refund since we didn't get the right one, and never got a response. We will never recommend this company to anyone.

Where to begin.the communication is not great. When you inquire about renting an item, they provide a quick response with zero details. Do they deliver, do we pick up, do they set up and tear down, do we return next morning. So many questions were asked and only another quick response from Roxanne. My main concern was if this was easily move able from ceremony to reception and if we could handle or if they did that. Well.. I never got a response. So, my husband called and spoke to someone and booked the arch. I wanted a very specific arch and theres a reason this was important to me. We confirmed multiple times prior to wedding day that they had the correct arch booked for us. 2 weeks before my wedding, I get an email from Roxanne, who never responded to my questions, letting me know the arch I wanted was still available for my date if I was still interested. I replied that I hope its not available since my husband had already booked it months ago. She later replied that it was just a double inquiry (whatever that is) and that all is good. So, my husband again confirmed with his contact that they had the correct arch we wanted reserved for us. They confirmed. Wedding day: they show up 2 hours late and with the wrong arch. All we got is an oops sorry about that. If you have a specific vision or any sentimental reasons behind what you want, I highly advise not using this company, as they are very unorganized, communication is terrible, and they will most likely deliver something other than what you paid for and take no ownership.

Worst company I have ever work with. They are not upfront with their pricing and blackmail you for more money the day of or day before your event!
