Dr Rey was amazing my experience from the time I got to the hospital nurses and staff were also amazing. So far after surgery everything has gone smoothly his directions for us to follow were great. I would recommend Dr Rey to anyone needing orthopedic care

I re-injured my knee and I was in extreme pain so I wanted to find a doctor closer to me since I've moved. I decided to try Dr. Reys. When I saw Dr. Rey the first week in February he was great although I did have to ask about Physical Therapy for myself. He recommended an injection that had to be authorized. This should have been easy since I have excellent insurance. It's been a full month and I haven't received one call from this place. I've followed up twice. The first excuse was he was in surgery all week and he hadn't finished my office notes. The second excuse was they were waiting on the pharmacy which it sounded like his assistant was lying about that on the phone. I believe she never submitted my RX. At this point I just stopped calling. I was in extreme pain when I saw him and to me they just don't care or have a sense of urgency. I just saw the other review of a lady not being contacted after surgery! That's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. But what did come on time was the bill. This was just a waste of time and money. I made an appointment with my previous doctor with Texas Orthopedic Associates and will make the drive.

Wondering why I'm 3 weeks post-op, and NOT starting Physical Thereapy..saw the doctor Nov. 22, the office sent the order...No Call!! I had to call and all I got was a "consultation/evaluation" appt when I'm FOUR weeks post-op. I heal in 6 weeks by the way...physical therapy was supposed to start THIS WEEK!

Worst service ever the receptionist is very rude they schedule appointments and dont see you until 2 hrs later when asked when you will be called she rolls her eyes at you and says the Dr has a lot of patients so why make appointments and over book your Drs it they dont have time to see you at your scheduled time and at least dont be rude about it!
