        I would not recommend this place even though its less expensive than other places they dont know how to take care of a customer. They said they would Oder contact trails twice and both times they said oh Im sorry they werent ordered ..and when my glasses were ready I didnt get a call for 3 weeks until I drove up there to ask about themthey had been sitting there for a week. Its unacceptable that they forget to do their job . I would not recommend this place even though its less expensive than other places they dont know how to take care of a customer.         They couldn't even help me with something that was their fault!! Bought Contacts and glasses at the same time. Both prescriptions was wrong. Contacts was on back order. Called in about my glasses to be corrected was told to wait until my contacts came in and they would fix both at the same time. Went it for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do for me because it had been to long!! Paid over $100 and now that money is wasted because they won't take ownership ship and HELP ME. The employees was nice but customer service SUCKS!! They couldn't even help me with something that was their fault!! Bought Contacts and glasses at the same time. Both prescriptions was wrong. More

        If I could put a lower rating than this I would. I am in the process of my contacts but the staff is very rude. the two receptionists are too arrogant I lost confidence that they are doing things right with my eyes I am really disappointed in this place. Why would a simple secretary believe herself to be the owner and mistress of the place to treat customers badly? If I could put a lower rating than this I would.
