Plaza Vision Center

I wanted to leave a quick review of Dr Newman. My situation might be a little unique since my eyes arent too complicated but the way I use them might be, on my computer and iPhone, probably closer to my eyes than most. But Dr Newman stuck with me through a number of lens revisions until we got it right. Really appreciate his dedication to getting my lenses to where they needed to be despite the extra iterations. Highly recommend Dr. Newman.

Avoid this location at all cost! Despite providing the optometrist my lens measurements from my previous Optometrist in Austin, the scleral contact lenses provided were extremely tight and turned my eyes blood shot red, while wearing and removing them. Exchanged lenses for adjustment, only for the optometry to USPS the 2nd pair to my address and lose them in the mail. You would think a signature would be required for such a sensitive package. When asked for a tracking #, there was zero accountability. Meanwhile, Plaza Vision Center has collected their fee from my insurance, and I am out over a $1,000 worth of prescription lenses and still blind. Update, 4/3. Still have yet to receive an update, let alone a new pair of lenses.

Dr. Newman is by far THE BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER! He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I have the best possible experience and that I am able to see. Dr. Newman has even come in on his day off (Saturday) to see me because of a severe eye emergency. I cant thank him and his staff enough for their 5 star service!!!!!!!
