Went to this location on 4/7 for an oil change. Granted the guy Tariq was polite and told me had no coolant and my hose collapsed. Recommended a coolant exchange. He also told me afterwards if I have a problem with my heating/air to come back and they would do it again. Went back on 4/9 a different person was there Donald and explained it to him and what I was told cause I was not getting enough heat as I did beforehand, he tried to tell me it had nothing to do with it and it was my thermostat. The little heat i got from driving to this location at 80 full blast 10 minute drive and drive to work 30 minutes no heat! Car was not even warm like it was before. Called the corporate stated they would escalate this issue. Complete was of money and bad service, now i have to pay more money to get my car heating fix when there wasn't an issue with it in the beginning! Never again will i use this company!

Well I haven't been to this place yet I went to a take 5 down the road 2 years ago for oil change and have done my own oil change since then if that tells you anything. Was just going for state inspection but reading reviews about the bad experiences. They had me cracking up. Some ppl are so stupid and always looking to blame. One person said after oil change couldn't drive car home but then goes on to say after not getting them on the phone that she drove back the next day. I guess it could have been a second vehicle. If you ppl are going to complain about the service atleast have a legitimate complaint. Water leaking after oil change doesn't make sense. .Stripped drain plug? Okay but that's water leaking not oil. Oh and they forgot to put my radiator cap back on after oil change? If they took that cap off it probably would have sprayed them with hot coolant. So doubtful that happened. Just some of the 1 star reviews I read. Yall are hilariously ignorant.
