image Literally the worst option in home health. Mouth breathing bottom of the barrel nurses that are terrible. Private insurance patients get the preference of staff but at the end of the day the office is trying to send you the cheapest option so they can make the most profit. This company is operated by the cheapest, evil, most terrible type of ambulance chasers out there. Stay far away.

image This company is a example of poor management and a lack of care for families and children they promise to serve. We've been their clients for years. They have no back-ups, no plans, and don't ever do a decent job of filling shifts for my very special needs child anytime one of the existing nurses drops off. Additionally, they do not even communicate it well! Even some of the positive reviews here are from their employees pretending to be their customers. So sad. Expect a standard response from them to your review. When you write back to them or connect with their executives online, they will not respond. Their regional director spoke with me and was planning to simply fill hours at unscheduled hours just to bill regardless of whether the child's needs were met or not!

image If you work for them beware. They will get information wrong that you tell them, blame you accusing you of lying, and even when proven innocent and that you were correct and they were wrong EVEN WITH THE CLIENT VOUCHING FOR YOU and plenty of evidence, they will tell the board that it was still you. Have a good lawyer, plenty of money and patience, and you may come out on top. If you are a client with them. They will get your information wrong and are never reliable.

image My 4 year old son is terminally ill, Im a single mom and I work from home full-time while also taking care of him around the clock. We only recently got nursing and the Aveanna location in Fort Worth is absolutely amazing but we moved to Aubrey and had to switch to this office. Ive been waiting since DECEMBER to get a nurse. They havent ever called me. Ive called NUMEROUS times and every time I talk to someone, I hear the same thing Oh my gosh, Im so sorry this has taken so long. We have some prospective nurses lined up for you and someone WILL call you TOMORROW.
My son is TERMINALLY ILL. What is wrong with these people? I will 100% be calling their office tomorrow and going full Karen on a supervisor.
So save yourself the trouble. Find another location or find another company.

image We received healthcare supplies for our son since Nov. 2020 to May 2021. There were no problems until June 1st someone called and informed us our insurance was not covered. We asked why we were not told five months prior, we were told I dont know. And when we asked if we can speak to someone we were told the person who would know is not in the office. We were supposed to receive supplies on June 10th and the company stopped sending supplies on June 1st. No notice, and no one was able to give us any answer. Our insurance never changed since Nov. 2020. They are very unprofessional and very disorganized. Would not recommend this place especially with you have medical complications that rely on medical supplies.
