        Kally I s very unprofessional and not helpful. She has a very nasty attitude. Once they take your money that's a wrap. I have been waiting a year in a half and have mentioned this matter to the manager kally who doesn't care about any thing but repping ppl off. Iam still fighting to get money from irs because of something she have did and don't want to correct it. Please don't do not go here.

        I have been going to Rapido for the last for all tax needs. They provide great services and the customer service is Awesome. Anytime ever had questions they were there to help. They also provide other services as well, got car insurance through them too. I would recommend anyone to use.
