I believe Buckner is one of the rare organizations that cares as strongly for its employees as the people we serve. Just like people, there are no perfect nonprofits or businesses, but you can measure the worth of an organization by how its leadership learn and grow. There is a genuine desire to be better so that we can serve better... and inspires the same passion and dedication in those of us who work for Buckner.
