I came in for pedi and full face wax. During the face wax I felt burning on my top lip. I told the lady she said it was. Alright and put some cream there. When I left it was still burning 30 mins later. So I check the mirror and notice my top lip burn on it. I called they offer a partial refund. Over 1 mth later I did not receive any refund. Til date no refund cas I told them don't worry I'm tired of chasing them for my money. I will never go back to no location Services: Body waxing, Pedicure

I've never left a bad review ever, but this was the worst manicure I've had in my life. I have an engagement party today, so I was so eager and excited to get them done but now I hope nobody even looks at my hands. I got dip, and there is paint all over my fingers, yet not fully covering the nails. I asked her to do a design that turned out nothing like the picture. On my ring finger, she cut me, and now I'm bleeding. She didn't file the backs down at all so you can completely tell they are fake nails. The dip has already come off of one nail. I'm genuinely in tears. This is the one day everyone is looking at my hands! I think she knew it was bad because she redid them like 8 times so I sat there for 2 hours. Her work station ended up being a mess. And it cost $60. I really think this should be fully refunded. This is really really upsetting especially on such an important day.
In the photos you can see: That paint is left on the nails; the middle finger doesn't have paint covering it; I'm bleeding on the ring finger; the texture on the nails looks rough and scratched; she didn't file the backs at all; the color does not go all the way to the bottom of the nail beds.
