I'm in love with this nail salon! It is lavish and magnificent, yet incredibly clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is meticulously cleaned, maintained, and disinfected, and the salon is always spotless. Anyone seeking a pristine and lavish nail care experience ought to think about visiting this place. While getting my nails done here, I feel pretty secure and at peace.

I will never in my life go back to this place. Even though the workers were friendly I did not appreciate how me and a friend of mines was treated. Ann was great and nice I didnt like the shaping of my nails much but she did her best. I didnt like my toes because of the shaping as well. We came there particularly for an eyebrow wax from TRINA. Trina told us to come in and she would do our eyebrows, yet she lied to us came in didnt speak and left in a hurry. She told the manager to tell us she was unable to do our eyebrows because she had a young kid in the car . A straight coward move. The manager did nothing about it and she didnt even care. Sad thing about it me and my friend had been coming to her for years for our eyebrows. She coulda have told us she was unable to instead of having us waste our gas to come across town mainly for her. I was in shock of how we was treated. Therefore Im leaving this honest review out of frustration of being mistreated.

I have tried this place SO many times because I desperately wanted it to work out. I work close by and the location is very convenient but this place is just not worth it. My experiences have included a manicure that you could still see my mail under so it looked bizarre (and when I asked to fix it the tech said no because it was what I asked for I definitely didnt ask for what I got. I showed her a picture.) I wanted a special set for a trip and there was acrylic sticking out from the bottom. That appointment the front desk person booked me over someone else for the tech I requested so she was running back and forth between me and the other woman so the nails that I spent $135 looked rushed. I wish they wouldve just asked me if I could come another time. The last time I went I tried a new tech and she gave me weirdly thin nails and used acrylic because she said that would be better than dip. I wound up ripping off one of the nails (accidentally) which was super painful and when I went to have my nails done after that set (I went to nail court down the streethighly recommend) the tech there said my nails were in terrible condition from the acrylic. And one of them was so painful to take off because my natural nail had actually split under the acrylic. I tried contacting management to ask for a refund and all they said was that I could have a complimentary nail service. Not helpful since I dont plan to return. The salon itself is very pretty and clean but the quality of work is terrible
