    I went Sunday for a pedicure and manicure. Originally I wanted a classic pedicure but switched to signature because it has the wax. Well the lady that did the pedicure pulled too much on my cuticle and bled alot, she was on her phone talking the entire time because i could hear her talking using her ear buds or airpods. I didnt even get the wax that comes with the signature spa but at this point my toe was hurting. Manicure was fine. Its been 3 days and my big toe still hurts.

    Under new management they have declined. My nail broke off 2 days later and they charged me for the repair. The repair was lumpy and uneven. I really loved this place before.

    The atmosphere is peaceful. Everyone was kind. However, my eyebrow wax turned out horrible. They don't even looked waxed. I'm very dissatisfied, but chose not to make a fuss about it.

    It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review because I truly loved this place under the old management. I have been coming here for a little over a year and I always tip very well. This is my 2nd service under the new management and after the first I shouldn't have returned, but again I really loved this place. The first service was OK but I was overcharged by far. I didn't complain and even tipped 20 to each technician for my feet and hands. On Saturday 1/10/24 I came in for my 2nd service and I got a nail fill and a pedicure. I have acrylic on my big toe nails. I requested a fill on those as well which was not done. On Sunday 1/11 when I put my shoe on the whole toe nail broke off. I came to them today Monday 1/12 to have it repaired and I explained to the women at the front that I was just there 2 days ago and I got a pedicure and a fill and she said ok they would fix it. At the end of them fixing the nail they CHARGED ME for the repair. I paid 125 for the original service AND tipped 40 (20 for each technician) and you charge me again to fix the nail that was improperly done?? Then the fix is lumpy and the paint job is terrible. I truly miss the old management because this is ridiculous. I now have to find a new nail home.

    I went a few days ago. The vibe was definitely different when I walked in I didnt notice any of the staff members. I came for a pedicure. I had issues with the service but was still nice. I was never rude or gave any attitude.( even though I hated my pedicure the lady rushed and it was honestly one of the worst Ive ever gotten .Now Im finished and its time to pay. The guy at the front desk was having a casual conversation with someone I was standing for a while and decided to sit down right behind her A white lady walks and stands beside him not even in front of the desk he immediately checks her out. After I walked up I ask him like you didnt know I was in huh? He responds saying I thought you was just chilling. I chuckled paid for my items said thank you and got out of there. I wont be returning. My money is just as good as anyone elses . You should never treat people differently because of how they look and I felt that type of treatment not only from him but before I even sat down I just tried to ignore it at first. I used to love coming here. Not anymore. God bless hope youll treat people better in the future .

Sorry your pedicure wasn’t to your liking and if it felt rushed we apologize. We strive to provide the best possible service. There was a lot going on with people checking in and checking out. If you sit at the waiting area chairs how are we to know that you are checking out? Maybe you are waiting for someone to come pay for you. How are we to know? Please don’t use the race card because we certainly don’t show any preferential treatment. We treat everyone the same and provide the best service that we can. We always focus on customer service because we believe it is very important in this service industry. If you think that we treated you differently we will certainly try harder to remove that perception. Thank you for the feedback.
