Don't buy gift cards. I purchased a gift card for my 16 year old babysitter and she tried to use it and they told her she had to pay in full because it had already been used. I brought the card in and they said it was fully loaded. They only checked the balance and did not offer anything for her inconvenience. I'm embarrassed to even give her back the gift card at a place that treated her so unfairly. I come often for nails and usually can walk in with 15-20 min wait. Due to the gift card situation, I will be going to another salon. This place doesn't feel honest.

I always have such a great experience at Beautique. I love that I can make an appointment online, the salon is always clean, and service is excellent. Ive had fun designs done, basic sets, and even had my wedding nails done here!

Worst nail salon. DO NOT COME. My toes are cut up everywhere, I can barely put on socks its so painful. Instead of cutting my cuticles, they were ripping skin away from the cuticle causing me to bleed. They also failed to serve the second person in my party. We walked in together, asked for one pedicure each, and the manager quoted that my pedicure could start at that moment and her pedicure could start in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I am done and they try starting her pedicure AFTER starting the pedicure of another woman who walked in 5 minutes prior (25 minutes into my partys wait). Throughout this wait, we kept trying to get the managers attention but he avoided us. He chose to service someone who just walked in instead. We decided to not get the second pedicure because it felt ridiculous to stay another 30 minutes. We let the manager know and he put his arms across my partys chair so she couldnt get up and kept saying I dont want you to get mad at me even though we just said wed skip her pedicure for now since the timing didnt work. He kept pressing about why we wanted to leave so we finally said we felt disrespected when another person got service before my party got a person. We were very calm but he began blaming another customer for adding on more things, which tied up the person. However, the person who serviced the new customer was a different person. Nothing he said made sense. Never coming again.
