        I would like to start by saying from start to finish Small World Moving was transparent with prices and fees. The communication was timely this was so important for me because I had to move out and move in on the same day. It was a Saturday and raining LOL. Ms Felicia and her moving team was Amazing. The Movers where on time and professional. They understand needs and made it happen. Thank you so much for your service. Blessings!!

        Late arriving, price quoted was not what I got charged un professional as and didn't care about the furniture scratched hardwood floor one was on his cell phone the whole time left tools at previous address that I had to go get but was charged for the whole time actually an 825 charged showed up on my card for 990 and left trash in front of the house and management didn't care even after I sent pictures of all the above I love the response I'm 69 yrs old and do good to walk much less move couches and that debri left in the road fell out of a box that was dropped and he didn't bother getting all of it. The move was not complete left a whole storage shed garage and one whole room which I was told they could get no problem and then they didn't have enough room on the truck....

      This is a very unfair review and misrepresentation of our company. We were very accommodating and responsive to Kathy from start to finish. She also had direct cell phone contact with her sales rep every step of the way. Yes, we had a small delay the morning of her move, but we called to apologize, and she was okay with it. She did have a concern about having enough time to complete the move because she realized she had more items, but we assured her it would not be a problem and remarkably our experienced crew completed her move in LESS time. She received a final transaction receipt showing $825 charged to her card. On Saturday, she called her sales rep to ask why her account was still showing $990 as being charged, and we immediately called back to explain that it can take a couple of days for her bank to release the balance of the preauthorized funds. Regarding the scratch on the floor, she had many requests to move the same sofa around and decided to move it herself with one of our movers (even though she was advised not to), and that is how the scratch happened. When she contacted us about it, a manager called the job foreman to discuss which is why he was on his cell phone. After the move was completed, she texted a picture claiming the movers left trash on her driveway, the trash being an empty Walmart bag, a Barbie doll outfit, kids socks, candy and a TruGreen lawn receipt which obviously did not belong to any of our crew!
